Disputes:
In the event of a dispute with the professional, the Customer must first contact L'Hôtel Marignan Champs-Elysées by e-mail (reservation@hotelmarignan.fr) or by post (12 rue de Marignan 75008 Paris).
If an amicable agreement cannot be reached, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman responsible for the professional, i.e. La Médiation Tourisme et Voyage (MTV), within a period of one year from the date of the written complaint sent to the professional. Referral to the consumer ombudsman must be made either by completing the form provided for this purpose on the MTV website: www.mtv.travel, or by post addressed to MTV, 15 rue de Carnot 75017 Paris.
The Customer may also, if he/she so wishes and independently of any other procedure for settling his/her dispute with Hôtel Marignan Champs-Elysées, use the online dispute resolution platform provided by the European Union here.
Right of withdrawal:
Customers have no legal right of withdrawal when purchasing a hotel room online. Article L.221-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code stipulates that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, among other things, for contracts of accommodation services.
